Jin In: 4Girls GLocal Leadership (4GGL) is a social change organization with a mission to ignite, cultivate, and promote girls’ leadership development at the local level to advance gender equity at the global level. Our local focus is communities where girls’ human rights are repressed and marginalized. Our global focus is a bold movement to raise universal awareness about the intrinsic value and the leadership potential of the world’s poorest girls to change mindsets and attitudes that prevent these girls from realizing their full potential.
